--{1 Transmission}--{2 Hacks}--{Filter}-{Knabber} In case you're not familiar with the issue: Real is trying to compete with Apple's iTunes music store. To do so, they have basically hacked into Apple's iPod to allow it to play RealNetworks music. Then, they have this online petition that supposedly people will sign against the "evil" of Apple. What's funny about it is that it has completely backfired on Real, because they have such a poor public image. Nobody (including you) likes Real, and their tactics here were little more than that of a hacker. Read it, it's interesting. ;) -Filter LOL... Real Networks - A company benefiting from "Music related" piracy and hacking, the same consortium who has tried to screw people over, are now trying to reap the rewards now that someone was smart enough to build a viable solution. I think it's sad that Apple is the only company (IMO) to successfully harness the whole digital music market into a legitimate, viable business. Meanwhile, you have companies like Real talking out of both sides of their mouths. Pff, Real should be renamed to REALly SAD. -Knabber
